Our Staff

Our staff on average have 20 years’ experience in the travel industry. We provide accurate and prompt advice on all aspects of your tour. Staff from the Sydney office of our Australian partner company help design and market tours. Staff in Rome manage all operations in Europe.

Claudia Pfeiffer manages our Rome office. She has lived and worked in Italy for more than 20 years, organising incoming tour groups. Claudia speaks German, English, Italian and French. She is your first point of contact if you are thinking of organising a tour with us.

Marianna Gerg works in our Rome office and is mainly involved with our schools to Italy, France, Belgium and Germany. Marianna speaks German, English, French and Italian and has more 15 years experience in inbound group travel.

Lorella Tomassini manages our accounts. She is the main point of contact for payments and receipts.

Stuart Barrie is based in Sydney, Australia. He has more than 20 years experience designing and leading group tours to Europe and the USA.

Fergus Geddes is our corporate and retail manager in Sydney.

Robert Veel is based in Sydney and has more than 20 years’ experience designing, marketing and leading tours to Italy, Turkey and the USA. Robert speaks Italian and English and is frequently in our Rome office.
